Health Behaviors

Health behaviors are those actions that we take that can have an impact on our health. They can be actions that improve our health, such as eating well and being physically active, or actions that increase our risk of disease, such as smoking, excessive alcohol intake, and unsafe sexual behavior.

The Health Behaviors we consider, as part of the Population Health Framework are:

Alcohol & Drug Use

Nutrition & Physical Activity

Sexual Health

Tobacco Use

Immunizations
